  Mr Kelley and his staff are the best to work with! We have been blessed three times and have four beautiful children we love and adore and that would not have been possible without Gene and his team and their amazing work in completing our adoptions. Gene was there the entire time, every step of the way to make sure we were ok during the entire match, birth, and adoption process. He truly is a natural and is amazing with both birth mothers and adoptive mothers. We pretty much consider them all family at this point and would not hesitate for a second to recommend him and would work with him again in a heartbeat! We have truly and honestly been blessed beyond measure and have the family we had only dreamed of before working with The Adoption Agency of Arkansas and Mr Eugene Kelley!

  I can not say enough good things about Mr. Kelley. He bent over backwards to help my husband and I bring home a beautiful baby boy at Christmas. He has the best interest for both birth mothers and adoptive parents. He will ensure the birth mother is taken care of and will be there every step of the way. He is always available to handle anything that may come up.

  17 years ago we had been living on a roller coaster ride of emotions for several years. We had been trying to get pregnant with no avail. But on June 30, 1998 driving away from Mr. Kelleys office in Rogers, we knew he was going to help change our lives! Mr. Kelley always reassured us and let us know that we were now a part of his family. He helped us with the adoption of our son exactly 6 months later. We drove home a sweet, healthy, bouncing baby boy on New Years day. Anytime someone asks us about adoption, we can't stop talking. Mr. Kelley always looked out for our best interests and we even later used their law firm to handle our estate needs. We always wanted our "own" child, but looking back now all we missed out on was the pregnancy. He is our "own" child! He even looks like us! Gene Kelley, Joye, and their staff helped us from start to finish and we never felt like we were on our own. We've kept in touch over the years and they mean more to our family than they could ever know. We would recommend adoption to anyone if they use the Adoption Agency of Arkansas. Only fond memories and smiles come to our faces when we think of how easy our adoption was with their help.
