- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My family has used this bank for 6 years. We love the friendliness of the employees. They know us by name and remember who we are. We have checking, savings, and a couple loans with them. We do all of our basic financial stuff with them because we know they will treat us right. We have never had any problems and they have always been proactive in protecting our assets. I've had accounts at other banks along with Bank of Ozarks.
